As of August 17th 2007 there are currently 101 listings available in the Rancho Santa Fe Covenant. Of these 101 listings 95 are detached homes and 6 are condo/townhomes. The current prices for RSF Covenant detached homes are between $1,590,000 and $29,900,000 and the prices for attached homes in the Covenant currently range from $1,195,000 to $2,200,000.

Below is a chart that shows the Rancho Santa Fe real estate listing sales volume for all listings sold within the last year. This chart is based on Data from Sandicor (San Diego’s multiple listing service) and it has been updated to reflect Q2 sales. As you can see there was over $644,000,000 in listing volume sold in Rancho Santa Fe in the last year. The report is from July 1, 2006 through June 30, 2007. Prudental California Realty reported 85 sales which is more than the next 5 firms combined. Coldwell Banker had the second highest listing sales volume at 30, and the Barry Estates was third with 27. Willis Allen had 18, Sterling Real Estate had 4, and the John Cote Company had 3.

In Listing Volume sold for the same period Prudential California Realty was at $296.3 million, Barry Estates at $153.1, Coldwell Banker at $88.8, and Willis Allen at 54.3.

This Saturday our office is organizing “Operation Clean Sweep” in the Village of Rancho Santa Fe. We will be meeting on Saturday April 28th at about 6:30am (before there are cars on the street). We will start at our office (Prudential Rancho Santa Fe Properties) across from “The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe,” and together we will sweep the sidewalks and curbs, and pick up the village trash.
Grab a broom and dustpan and come on down! Coffee and refreshments will be provided! Meet some friends and neighbors and help keep the Village of Rancho Santa Fe looking beautiful!

Active RSF Covenant Listings: Currently the Rancho Santa Fe Covenant has 85 active MLS listings priced between $1,100,000 and $40,000,000. The average list price is $5,690,570 the average square footage is 6,106 sq. ft. and the average list price per square foot is $791.

Pending RSF Covenant Listings: Currently there are 11 properties in Escrow in the covenant priced between $1,685,000 and $4,800,000. The average list price is $2,825,079 the average square footage is 4,919 sq. ft. and the average list price per square foot is $605.

Sold RSF Covenant Listings (within the past 6 months): There are 38 properties that have sold in the covenant in the past 6 months. All the sold homes were priced between $825,000 and $8,150,000. The average sold price was $3,297,267 the average square footage was 4,188 sq. ft. and the average list price per square foot was $807.

“The Crosby at Rancho Santa Fe”

Today 11/15/06 there is an open house event at The Crosby. There will be 22 homes open from 1-4pm. Today’s Open house home prices at The Crosby range from $1,000,000 to $4,395,000. There will be a mix of new construction homes, resale homes, and buildable lots.

Rancho Santa Fe Art Fair!!

This Sunday the Rancho Santa Fe Art Guild will host the 6th Annual Rancho Santa Fe Art Fair in the village across from the Inn at Rancho Santa Fe. The Sidewalk art fair will be from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday Sept. 10 in the village parks at the intersection of Paseo Delicias and Avenida De Acacias. The fair will host over 130 regional artists. The Rancho Santa Fe art fair is a great family event with entertainment, food, demonstrations, a silent auction, raffles and contests.

Proceeds from the Art fair will benefit the Rancho Santa Fe Art Guild’s programs that aid the visual arts in the community. For more information visit the Rancho Santa Fe Art Guild Website.

Rancho Santa Fe Covenant Market Update:

As of today (September 8th) there are 89 Active listings, and 14 homes in Escrow in the Rancho Santa Fe Covenant. Current RSF Covenant listings range in price from $1,625,000 to $40,000,000 with an average price of $5,796,040.

28 RSF Covenant listings are priced under $3,000,000
35 RSF Covenant listing are priced between $3,000,000 and $6,000,000
12 RSF Covenant listings are priced between $6,000,000 and $9,000,000
13 RSF Covenant homes are priced over $9,000,000

As I mentioned above there are also 14 RSF Covenant homes currently in escrow. The current prices of Covenant homes in escrow range from $1,800,000 to $6,250,000 with an average price of $3,381,428.
